Layout and Print Design Project

Project Overview

This project represents work created for my Digital Layout course. It focuses on organizing text, images, and other design elements into a clear and visually balanced print layout

Project Goal

The goal was to create a layout that communicates information clearly while maintaining a strong visual style. The design needed to guide the reader through the content using hierarchy, spacing, alignment, and consistent typography

My Process

I began by reviewing the content and planning how it should be organized. I created a grid, placed the main text and images, developed a visual hierarchy, and adjusted the spacing and alignment. I continued refining the layout to make the information easier to read and understand

Design Focus

  • Visual hierarchy
  • Grid systems
  • Typography
  • Alignment
  • Spacing
  • Image placement
  • Page consistency

Tools Used

  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Reference images
  • Sketches and layout planning

Final Result

The finished project demonstrates my ability to organize content and create a readable print design. It also shows how typography, images, and spacing can work together across a page or multi-page document
